All appointments are held confirmed with a valid credit card number at time of booking.
If you must cancel or change your spa appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time in order to avoid being charged for 50% of treatments value.
Cancellations within 24 hours prior to a scheduled treatment will be charged in
full.
No shows will also be charged in full. Same-day spa appointments will be
charged in full with no refund.
Please note that if you arrive late for your treatment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.
Recommended arrive time is at least half hour prior to your appointment. Feel free as much or little time as you wish to enjoy the organic tea menu.

Lunch or wine can be arranged and delivered by a highly recommended local caterer. We can also put together gift bags or baskets with items from our retail boutique for just the right touch.
We recommend reserving your day as far ahead as possible in order for us to accommodate your desired services.
If you wish to bring outside food and beverage a surcharge will be added to your bill.
After services have been finished your party is welcome to stay with additional charges of $25 per half hour.
We require 7 days cancellation notice for parties.
Cancellations less then 7 days,50% of services will be charged.
Less then 72 hours,100% will be charged.
Services for parties will include 18% gratuities.
